We had such a blast this last weekend in San Deigo! I LOVE California especially the beach, the weather, the totally fun stuff to do that you can't do in Arizona! We had such a blast together as a family. It was the first family trip that we've take on our own with out any other family. We only ended up driving back to the house twice before we got out of town because we forgot things! We're learning. I know I need to be better about making lists and checking it off. We stayed at this way cool hotel that was dang Fancy! The reason we got to do this because we went to a timeshare presentation and listened, just to say no, just to get a couple free nights somewhere and it worked! I would totally do it again! 
We had fun on this trip going to Mission Beach, 
hanging out at the pool and watching fireworks from our hotel, 
going to Sea Port Village, 
seeing the San Diego Temple, 
going to La Jolla to the "Children's Pool" to see the seal cove where all the smelly seals go. We only got to see a couple seals swimming. They are supposed to be in the cove on the beach, but the tide was coming in so they weren't...bummer, but it was still cool.

Bummer, this is the only family pic we got, and Jaxon's not looking at the camera and russell's eyes are half shut...oh well, we tried!

It looks like you had a great vacation. My sister-in-law loved the picture of the wedding cake I sent to her that you had made. Her colors are red and white. hey meg i totally forgot about your mom, i'm a loser friend. how is she doing?? my grandpa just found out he has cancer and i think my great grandma is about to find out she has it again. tell her i said hi and jaxon is getting SO SO big!! He is so stink'n cute! Looks like you guys had fun in Cali. We are going to be in az next week but we'll be up in eagar sorry. i am thinking of coming in sept though i need to sell our stuff that is in storage, do you know anyone that needs anything?? plus i have my family reunion so i'll be there a while again, hopefully my mom doesn't go nuts with us there again, anyways this is way to long i'll talk to you later!
